Document Hosting and Management

Orchid maintains the online documentation libraries of several clients.

As part of our maintenance service, Orchid can incorporate product updates and amendments in to the manuals and can then update the documents in the online library (on our web servers or the clients servers if we are provided with access).

Some of the libraries we maintain are public facing, allowing our client’s customers to download the latest product user guides directly, while others are IP or password protected so that manuals are only available for our client’s staff or authorised users.
