Based on the content of the Operating Procedures / Operations / Operating and Training Manuals, Orchid can supply Training Packages for delivery to personnel prior to taking over a new installation or to personnel new to the installation.

Training Packages are produced in conjunction with the client’s Trainers.

A typical Training Package might contain the following elements:

• A Presentation
  This can be presented using a PC and a large screen or projector. Normally a mix of text and graphical elements.
• A set of Presentation Notes
  To be used by the Trainers in conjunction with the Presentation.
• A set of Problems and Exercises
  To be completed by each of the attendees. Attendee Problems and Exercises contain the questions, spaces for the answers, and references to where information which would provide the answer can be sourced. Trainer Problems and Exercises contain the questions, the answers, and the references to where information which would provide the answer can be sourced.
• Attendee Handouts
  This gives the attendees something to take away with them, to remind them of the topics / information covered in the Presentation.

As an alternative to the traditional classroom lecture style of training outlined above, Orchid can also deliver training packages as Computer Based Training Modules.
