Orchid have been awarded the order to supply a set of manuals for specialist equipment that places security holograms on documents and cards.
The equipment is exported around the world and is often used in secure locations where external technical support and maintenance services may not be accessible. The manuals therefore need to provide the Supervisor and Operators of the equipment with everything they need to configure, operate and maintain the equipment.
One of the deliverable is for an Interactive Maintenance Manuals which will be compiled and delivered as an Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM).
